If I Could Have A Lifetime Wish
If I Could Have A Lifetime Wish
I hope you Like This Poem............................
If I Could Have A Lifetime Wish.
If i could have a lifetime wish,
A dream that would come true,
I'd pray to God with all my heart for
Yesterday and You.
A thousand words cant bring you back,
i know because ive tried.
And neither can a million tears,
I know because ive cried
You left behind my broken heart
and happy memories too.
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.

Death Of A Child
Death of a Child
--by Sandy Eakle
Sorry I didn't get to stay.
To laugh and run and play.
To be there by your side.
I'm sorry that I had to die.
God sent me down to be with you,
to make your loving heart anew.
To help you look up and see
Both God and little me.
Mommy, I wish I could stay.
Just like I heard you pray.
But, all the angels did cry
when they told little me goodbye.
God didn't take me cause He's mad.
He didn't send me to make you sad.
But to give us both a chance to be
a love so precious .. don't you see?
Up here no trouble do I see
and the pretty angels sing to me.
The streets of gold is where I play
you'll come here too, mommy, someday.
Until the day you join me here,
I'll love you mommy, dear.
Each breeze you feel and see,
brings love and a kiss from me.
SMILE
How far are you, how close am I
I know your words are true and I don't feel them inside
Still I believe you'll never leave
So where are you now
You're all I have, You're all I know
Your breath is breathing in my soul
Still I am gasping, aching, asking
Where are you now
Cause I just wanna be with You
I just want this waiting to be over
I just want to be with You
And it helps to know the Day is getting closer
Every minute takes an hour
Every inch feels like a mile
Til I won't have to imagine
And I finally get to see You smile
My journey's here, but my heart is There
So I dream and wait, and keep the faith, while You prepare
Our destiny, til You come back for me
Oh, please make it soon!
Cause I just wanna be with You
I just want this waiting to be over
I just want to be with You
And it helps to know the Day is getting closer
Every minute takes an hour
Every inch feels like a mile
Til I won't have to imagine
And I finally get to see You smile
I just wanna be with You
I just want this waiting to be over
I just want to be with You
And it helps to know the Day is getting closer
I just wanna be with You
I just want this waiting to be over
I just want to be with You
And it helps to know the Day is getting closer
Every minute takes an hour
Every inch feel like a mile
Til I won't have to imagine
And I finally get to see You
Every minute takes an hour
Every inch feel like a mile
Til I won't have to imagine
And I finally get to see You smile

To everyone here for Mothers Day, im thinking of you!! xx
A kiss to you on Mother's day,
a hug from me to you.
I know that you are sad sometimes,
I know that you are blue.
Please wipe away that tear,
and put on a happy face.
For I'm with God in Heaven now,
and oh, Mommy, what a wonderful place!
God gave me wings so I could fly,
they are white with a hint of blue.
I'm a big boy Mommy, with these wings of mine
they carry me down to visit you.
God is teaching me how to catch your prayers,
prayers that come as wishes.
Your wish is the same everyday,
a wish that I could have stayed.
I have a prayer for you now Mommy,
I pray that you will hear.
God needed me here with him,
I have no pain or fear.
For I am an Angel now you see,
I watch over you each night and day.
A little piece of Heaven on earth,
guiding you on your way.
I come to tuck you in each night,
as you wanted to do with me.
I hear your prayers and kiss your cheek,
and then I watch you dream.
Before I leave you and go back home,
I look at you and sigh.
And as I fly back to Heaven
I sing you a lull-a-bye.
A kiss to you on Mother's Day,
a hug from me to you.
I love you Mommy, please don't cry,
you'll get to hold me soon.
a bereaved mother's poem
I found this poem...even though it is about Mother's who have lost infant
children, the words still speak true...

The Bereaved Mother
To those of you who look away when I grow teary eyed in the baby department,
look a little deeper.
Surely you have some compassion in your heart.
To those of you who change the subject when I speak my child's name, change
your way of thinking.
It may just change your whole life.
To those of you who roll your eyes and say we barely had them at all, how
could we miss them so much, in our hearts we have seen them live a thousand
times. We have seen their first steps, first day of school, their weddings, and
their children. We have had them forever in our minds.
To those who say we can have another, even if we had twenty more they would
never be the child we
lost, and we will always miss them.
To those who say get on with my life, I have. It is a different life, the
life of a grieving mother. One with
a tremendous amount to be thankful for, but also one with a lot to mourn the
loss of.
Do not judge a bereaved mother. She comes in many forms.
She is breathing, but she is dying.
She may look young, but inside she has become ancient.
She smiles, but her heart throbs.
She walks, she talks, she cooks, she cleans, she works, she IS, but she is
NOT, all at once.
She is here, but part of her is elsewhere for eternity.
Do not dismiss us: we have shaped more than just the future generation.
We have released all the tiny angels who are watching over you.
Open your eyes to us, and you just might see them.

mother's quote
The love of a mother is the veil of a softer light between the heart and the heavenly Father
dear mom
Dear Mom,
Again I'm writing
to express my love to you.
I know you feel such sorrow,
I see you are still blue.
The tears you shed seem endless
I've watched you from above.
Remember I am with you,
We will always have our love.
One day we'll be together,
It's not your time to leave.
Your life should have some laughter,
You are not there just to grieve.
Share your love with others,
give them what you can.
I know you are amazing,
I am your biggest fan.
When your work on earth is over,
I promise to be there.
I'll take your hand and guide you,
as we climb those golden stairs.
Until that time I need for you,
To wipe and dry your tears.
Remember, my sweet mother,
I am always very near.
In loving memory of Joey and his heavenly buddies

"I'll lend you a little time, a child of mine", He said
"for you to love while he lives, and mourn when he is dead.
It may be six or seven years, or eleven or twenty-three.
But will you, till I call him back, take care of him for me?
He'll bring his charms to gladden you, and shall his stay be brief,
You'll have his lovely memories as solace for your grief.
I cannot promise he will stay, since all from earth return,
But there are lessons taught down there I want this child to learn.
I've looked the wide world over in search for teachers true.
And from the throngs that crowd life's lanes, I have selected you.
Now will you give him all your love, nor think the labor vain,
Nor hate Me when I come to call, to take him back again?
I fancied that I heard them say,
"Dear Lord, thy will be done,
For all the joy thy child will bring, the risk of grief will run.
We'll shelter him with tenderness, we'll love him while we may,
And for the happiness we've known, will ever grateful stay.
But shall the angels call for him much sooner than we planned,
We'll brave the bitter grief that comes, and try to understand."
Daddy, please don't look so sad,
Mama please don't cry~
"Cause I am in the arms of Jesus
and He sings me lullabies."
Please, try not to question God,
Don't think he is unkind
Don't think He sent me to you,
and then He changed his mind.
You see, I am a special child,
and I'm needed up above
I'm the special gift you gave Him,
the product of your love.
I'll always be there with you
and watch the sky at night,
Find the brightest star that's gleaming,
That's my halo's brilliant light.
You'll see me in the morning frost,
that mists your window pane.
That's me in the summer showers,
I'll be dancing in the rain.
When you feel a little breeze,
from a gentle wind that blows
That's me, I'll be there,
planting a kiss on your nose.
When you see a child playing,
and your heart feels a little tug,
That's me, I'll be there,
giving your heart a hug.
So Daddy, please don't look so sad,
Mama don't you cry.
I'm in the arms of Jesus
and He sings me lullabies.
